Ladies, how amazing is this!!

Before I tell you about this amazing grant, I want to THANK all of our lovely customers. I could not have been in this position without you!

So, we are one of the lucky companies who were chosen to receive a $5,000 grant from the 'Spanx ladys' #Redbackpackfund. Sara Blakely started her company with only $5,000 and she is one of only a few female Billionaires! I have a few Spanx 'squeezy pants' and I am sure almost every women on the planet does!

Sara Blakely

Sara was nominated by Forbes as the youngest female Billionaire. Read this amazing article

It is very difficult for female entrepreneurs to get business funding. I have tried so many times, and given up. Statistics show that LESS THAN 5% of business loans and grants are given to women. It's so sad that we still live in such a male dominated world. Women, Like Sara and many more, clearly proved that women can be as good, and in many cases much better in business than men. But sadly, the battle continues.

We are therefore extremely flatter to get Sara's acknowledgement. We are in 'similar' business, helping women with #bodyconfidence and we will keep designing beautiful plus-size lingerie and swimwear, and hope to change the world for plus-size women! We all have a right to look and feel gorgeous!

I will also use this opportunity to say we have introduced new sub-brand called Viva Curve.  We are phasing out some older styles, so look for great offers! We are working on bringing in new, funky and exciting styles over the next few months! Grab a bargain now and keep an eye open for new lines.
